Sweet 16 Glitter Blow Cake 🩷🎀👑 2 tiers of Vanilla Cake with whipped buttercream frosting decorated with sugar pearls, fondant bow, diamond "16", crown, and candle. There is edible glitter inside the crown and when the birthday girl "blows" out the candle, the glitter blows out and on the cake for a beautiful sparkle!
