Saturday mornings bring so much joy! Not just to me, but I can see the excitement in all of you as I open my door. Around 8:30 is my favorite time. When I start to hear the line form as I put the finial touches on the pastry, I hear you all out in the hallway chit chatting. It makes me smile. I love getting home after a long day and receiving your encouraging messages whether it was your first time or a loyal customer continuing to cheer me on! 

I love how Pastry Saturday has become something special for everyone!
