The Grain Exchange: Gluten-Free Goodies

Life at The Grain Exchange has changed quite alot post pandemic , but some things have stayed the same. We are baking our client's favorite cakes that are prepared in a dedicated gluten free environment and are always free of tree nuts and peanut. Unlike some bakeries that sell both wheat based and gluten free cakes, our cakes are made with equipment that never has touched gluten. No gluten residue on pans and certainly no wheat flour in the air to settle on your cake or frosting. We also offer cakes that are allergy safe for customers who have other food allergies or sensitivities along with needing to be gluten free.
As we are all faced with sky rocketing costs for food, gas and everything else, we are managing our prices so that our customers can celebrate the special events in life without breaking the bank.

The Grain Exchange is now offering a VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE chocolate chip cookie starting this week. We have chosen Pascha Chocolate Chips for our newest cookie. The chocolate is Allergen Friendly, and most delicious.
The new cookie will be available this week at Jules Thin Crust in Newton and Jenkintown and next week in their Princeton location. In the coming weeks, the cookies will be available at different stores.

The Pizza Crust recipe is now available on our Website in the Recipe section. This crust is super easy to make and really yummy to eat. We'd love to hear your feedback!

Seeing this little sweet pea's smile tells me I'm doing something right at the Grain Exchange. She just finished enjoying her first vanilla jar full of cupcakes.
