Hello Lovelies!

Glen Whittaker and I are so excited!!!! The girls have decided to add to the Buttermilk Boutique lineup with Whittaker Sisters Lemonade.

They're starting with 2 flavors:

The Mixy: a mix of fresh, homemade lemonade and sweet tea. Their version of a classic Arnold Palmer.

Pink Rainbow: a mix of fresh, homemade lemonade and sweet, strawberry puree.

We debuted their creations Eddie Kallam and they SOLD OUT!

The next drop is happening today Pittsboro Farmers Market from 3-6 p.m.

Drop by, say hello, grab your fav treat, and give our young entrepreneurs a high five!

Hello Lovelies!

This week's Sunday Service features beef from our good friend Matthew Krenz Krenz Ranch Beef.

Their picanha is delicious. My right-hand man Glen Whittaker did it justice. Sous vide to a perfect medium rare followed by a reverse sear. A few roasted veggies and a peppercorn chimichurri. A perfect summer night's dinner.

I hope you felt the love. The fam came from far and wide to celebrate you, to show love and support to Steven Goff, Emma, and the rest of your family. You touched so many lives, and it showed. We love and miss you.

To Hail Mary, thank you for holding space for everyone, and nourishing our souls. It was great to hang, share stories, catch up, and cry as much as we needed to.

Sam, you made this world brighter, better. You are loved, my girl. You are missed. It was an honor to know you, to have cooked alongside you and chef, and to be able to call you friend.

Hello Lovelies!

It's been a hawt minute. My right-hand man Glen Whittaker and I took a much needed break, but not before giving our new sheeter a whirl.

Back in March, we won the WE POWER pitch competition. $5000 to invest in a sheeter to help us scale our production on laminated doughs and sourdough crackers. After a few months of searching, we decided to trust Webrestaurant, and so far, so good.

From hours of rolling doughs by hand to sheeting croissants and crackers in less than an hour.

It's definitely saved our arms, shoulders, and back, and we are forever grateful. Buttermilk Boutique is taking care of us, and we're excited to continue serving you.

Next up.... going mobile, so we can spread the Buttermilk Boutique love.
