Mama J's Dough Hey! I'm Sara, a baker in East Central Ohio. I've been baking sourdough bread since 2017, and I love sharing that bread with others!

I use only good, simple ingredients in my bread--non-GMO or organic flour, filtered water, and pink himalayan salt. :)

Exciting news! Mama J's is going organic and not enriched! 🥰 This is the flour I use in my home, and it just makes sense to use it for my business, too.

The all-purpose flour I had been using was good, non-GMO flour (Wheat Montana brand), but it was enriched. After talking with a couple of people, I decided it was the right move to switch. Full disclaimer, though, the whole wheat flour I'm using (still Wheat Montana brand) isn't organic, but it's not enriched! :)

Note: The prices on my bread WON'T change because of this. 🎉🎉🎉

Cranberry pecan sourdough is still one of my favorite loaves I make. Toasted and topped with butter is my favorite way to eat it! (Though a grown-up grilled cheese with it is also pretty good!)
