Want to introduce the newest pedigreed holland lops! Michigan Hills Rabbitry & Homestead Candy-heavy vm chocolate harlequin thanks to VCA Farmette, Oak City Rabbitry ‘s Floss-black tort buck proven buck and has won a leg. Willow-broken black tort doe, and Zig Zag broken black doe 12 week old baby. I’m so excited to see what these new babies bring me! Added some non Vienna to my crew to go along with my chocolate non Vienna line. Also keeping those blue eyes around too. They are all super sweet and don’t mind the snuggles 🥰

So made deviled egg potato salad. Easiest way is the instapot on the steamer setting! 10 min and done. Just peel and dice potatoes, add to steamer basket with water underneath. Wash and add eggs, we used up the abundance of duck eggs we are getting. Just lay the eggs on top of the potatoes and set for 10 mins. Potatoes are soft but not mushy and no water touches them.

Duck eggs…such beautiful colored yolks from our free range ducks. One duck egg is equivalent to 2-3 chicken eggs. Blueberry biscuits, scrambled cheesy eggs, and watermelon is what’s for dinner. Sometimes it’s the simple things.
