Hoppy Easter! 🐰

I was in charge of dessert yesterday. Chocolate cake with cream cheese filling and a vanilla buttercream. Mr. Bunny was a cream cheese “cheese ball” that was awesome with some graham crackers!

Pistachio cake with almond frosting
Cupcakes were funfetti and vanilla, chocolate and peanut butter, carrot and cream cheese, and almond with strawberry.

I was sad to hear that some of cupcakes turned out dry 😢 I think I solved the problem but wanted to put it out there because I REALLY appreciate that the customer let me know these were not up to par. I’m so sad (and embarrassed) that they weren’t perfect, but if no one tells me, I won’t know that! I was able to make a small change and it shouldn’t happen again! So thanks for bringing it to my attention!!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a cake! I was super excited to get back to it.

P.s. I think I FINALLY found the vanilla cake recipe that I’ve been searching for 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 this is hands down the best one I’ve found yet 🤤

And there is a fun surprise inside this one 🌈 I can’t wait to see how it turned out!

….obviously we are not going for astronomical exactness here…

Well it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted. I slowed down on the baking A LOT last year. Life got busy - started another business, switched jobs, wrestling, soccer, baseball, football, and baking in general is super difficult with a busy toddler just wants to eat the frosting. But, now I’m back and ready to get back at it! This is just what I could find going through some old pictures :) let me know if you need something!
I’m really hoping to offer a weekly product again so if you have any ideas please let me know 😄

Well, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted! Yes, I’m still baking, I just quit posting because I was getting too busy 😄 I don’t do near as much as I used to, but I’m back for Thanksgiving!
