I'm still uploading delayed photos from bakery items the past few weeks...

Lemon pound cake- lemon glaze
Fresh Apple 🍎 cake- home-made caramel glaze

The apple cake you can see in the photos how it looks plain➡️ then added the soft caramel ➡️ finished cake had a nice firm set soft glaze on top

Fresh Apple cakes can be made with powdered sugar & vanilla glaze as well. Great time since it's apple season. Both of these cakes are on my Thanksgiving menu- regular & gluten-free options.

These were for a recent family reunion I attended.

No editing to photos other than adding a background. I love a good thick drip.

What can you use basil salt for you ask?

I've mentioned chicken, pasta & pizza but this is another great way to use it 😋 ⬇️

--Toast sourdough (I did my sourdough sandwich loaf)
--Slice some fresh tomatoes 🍅
--Add some pepper
-- Add some cold pressed olive oil
-- Sprinkle on that home-made basil salt
-- You could also add some balsamic vinegar as well

☆I can assist you with that sourdough sandwich loaf $5 each- freezes nicely mine was frozen

Thanksgiving 2026

I am taking limited orders this year.

Things are a little different this year you cannot choose from my full menu items only the menu I have designed unless we've already talked about it before today!

Yes, there has been a slight increase on items due to continued rising costs of ingredients/packaging - all are still very reasonably priced.

All orders must be picked up on Wednesday the 25th between 3-5p.m. Shed pick-up. If you need it before Wed please let me know.

When you are behind on photos 📸

I'll be adding some recent baking that I forgot to post.

These are some dairy-free, nut free & egg free desserts I was asked to make last weekend.

Brownies & sugar cookies

I've made specialty restriction desserts many times but these were my first for egg free.

I have to say they turned out pretty good & the consistency was great to be egg free.
