New items on my menu at Shops At Signor's this week!

The weather may be deceptive (hello heatwave), but it is now officially September!! (yay!) With the upcoming change in seasons in mind, I thought it only right that my menu begins to feature some seasonal items and flavors!

On the menu for this week is:

• Brown Butter Choc Chip Cookie (a
multi-seasonal favorite!)
• [NEW] S'mores Stuffed Cookie (toasty
marshmallows and graham crackers stuffed
into a semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie?
Yes please!)
• [NEW] Snickerdoodle Cookie (a soft, super
buttery cookie, with that classic cinnamon
spiced snickerdoodle flavor!
• Classic Cinnamon Roll (an extra puffy, soft
cinnamon roll, filled with swirls of perfectly
spicy Saigon cinnamon and brown sugar.
Vanilla icing on the side.)

I have plenty of other seasonal recipes I'm working on for this coming fall season, so stay tuned to see when they debut in the upcoming weeks!

Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Boule 🧀🌶🫑

Cheesy and tangy with a little kick? what's not to love! I absolutely adore how these loaves came out, and they smelled absolutely ✨️heavenly✨️ while baking.

Use this loaf to make a show-stopping grilled cheese, or–if you're a little crazy like me–toast up a slice and drizzle it with honey! 😋

Giant Sourdough Milk Choc. Chunk Cookies 😋

These cookies are huge!!

These chewy, giant cookies feature a rich, complex flavor from a 12+ hour cold ferment, and are lovingly made with chopped milk chocolate, browned butter, and a pinch of flaky sea salt to finish them off. These are available each week on my sourdough menu at Shops At Signor's, and are preorderable as well!!

Pre-orders are open for Friday the 28th! 🍞

The pre-order menu for this next week includes:

• Classic Sourdough Loaf (now available as a boule, batard, or pullman loaf!) - $12.00
• Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Loaf (boule, batard, or pullman loaf) - $14.00
• Sourdough English Muffins - 8/$8.00
• Giant Sourdough Milk Choc. Chunk Cookie - $4.35

This will be the first week where batards and pullman style loaves will be available! Up until now I have been exclusively producing boules (round loaves), but recently I've purchased the equipment to be able to produce the batards (oval loaves) and pullman (classic sandwich bread shaped) loaves!

All my sourdough bread items are satisfaction guaranteed! This means you never have to worry about being disappointed by a loaf! If there are ever any issues with a loaf I produce, contact me and I'll make it right!
