I'm ALWAYS nervous when I make this FLAVOR because I'm scared of the Key Lime being too overpowering......But Here Goes.....

9Inch Key Lime Flavored Cheesecake with Key Lime Mini Bites and a Vanilla Wafer Crust.....
I used Nellie & Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice and added shaved Lime zest🍋‍🟩🍋‍🟩🍋‍🟩
And of course....The Messy Whipped Topping Drizzled with Key Lime Flavored Crumbles

I ordered a Happy Retirement Cake Topper and got sent the wrong one and I was going to use it (Even marked the spot) Anyway I changed my mind at the last second and instead made the flower with the MiniBites and Crumbles.....My Customer has trusted me with making Cheesecakes for some very Special Moments over the Years and I hope I didn't disappoint.....**My taste testers are Bias....They Live with Me**
