💨 The act of an element affecting the outcome of the plant by exposure of heat, light or even humidity changes immediately after cut from stock.

💨 Happens as soon as the plant is cut off the stock, light exposure affects terpenes - which start evaporating and changing molecular composition as soon as it hits 70 degrees, dependent on terpene.

💨 Decarboxylation happens in all forms, regardless of the stage of the plant after it’s cut from stock. Most common is Decarboxylation when heat is applied with a lighter when inhaling OR when converting raw flower from THCA to THC in the oven.
