Years ago I made a pineapple upside down cake for Adam and he said it wasn’t as good as his mom’s (it wasn’t, Betty’s are amazing). I vowed to never make another pineapple cake for him. Adam has lucked out because Betty taught Nora how to make them on Christmas and now he gets one for his birthday!

Lizzy-Lou. Lizard. Lizzy-Lizardo. Miss Tiny-But-Mighty. Tiny dancer. This girl has as many names as she does personalities. So many people have said they wished they lived in Lizzy-land because it’s a land of magic and wonder, much like Lizzy herself. She marches to the beat of her own drum and encourages everyone to do the same. She never casts any judgment (except when it comes to her brothers) and lives in full color. She’s happiest when she’s with her friends or on stage, whether it’s for dancing or theater. Happy 11th Birthday to my Lizard!
