I don’t call myself an OBM anymore - and that’s intentional.

I’ve been a VA. I’ve been an OBM. I know how powerful those roles can be. I also know where they stop working - especially for intuitive, solo founders who aren’t trying to build a massive team or scale just because they “should.”

OBMs are great at managing people, timelines, and operations at scale. But many founders I work with don’t need management.

They need space. They need clarity. They need systems that support their energy, not drain it.

That’s why I work as a Strategic Ops Partner! 🧩

I help you see what matters, untangle what’s no longer working, and build infrastructure that actually fits how your brain and business function - without adding more people or pressure!

Just thoughtful strategy and steady backend support (designed for how you work). 🧭

Another real-life example of what happens when systems are built to support how you actually work. She didn’t need to work harder - she needed clarity. And one mapped workflow gave her an entire week back each onboarding cycle. 💜

Slide 2: Purple slide explaining the client ran a social media agency and handled all onboarding herself, which kept her behind.
Slide 3: Purple slide explaining the client believed onboarding was too personal and nuanced to delegate.
Slide 4: Purple slide explaining that mapping the workflow revealed tasks that could be delegated, automated, or removed.
Slide 5: Purple slide explaining the client reclaimed a full week each onboarding cycle to focus on social media strategy.
Slide 6: Purple slide with the takeaway: the work stayed the same, but clarity made the difference.

You don’t need to turn into a “systems person” to have systems that work. You need a clear framework.

CARE is how you tighten your client journey using what’s already in place: clarity around what’s happening, alignment with how you actually work, reinforcement where things tend to slip, and enough structure to support consistency without rigidity.

Good systems aren’t about complexity or more tools. They’re about reducing friction, removing guesswork, and making your work sustainable. 💜✨🛠️

The framework is shown vertically with four steps: C for Clarity Outcomes (define what “done” actually means), A for Align What You Already Do (put steps in order and assign ownership), R for Reduce Decisions (remove or combine steps and create clear rules), and E for Ease the Next Action (place reminders and templates where habits already exist).
