We’ve been struggling to find the words. So we will just share the kind ones that said for us. Thank you for everything.

Since opening our doors in 2018, Zeppelin Station has been lucky enough to call ourselves home to one of the greatest banh mi sandwiches in town. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of however are infinitely grateful for the memories and culinary experiences that they have given us over the years. The history and drive of this family owned business is what inspires us all to be the best at what we do, and while their stall here may be closing up shop, our arms will forever be open with both gratitude and love for our time together. Please continue to support this small business by visiting their original location at 2370 W Alameda, Unit 15, Denver, CO 80223. Lord knows we’re already experiencing withdrawals, so I’m sure we’ll see you in line! ❤️🌯 🇻🇳 ❤️

Beginning today, we have decided to temporarily close this location inside Zeppelin Station. We thank you endlessly for making us feel all the love while so many of you have made such an effort in keeping Banh Mi in your hearts (and bellies) while sheltering at home over the past few weeks.
We are currently keeping our Alameda location open for curbside carry-out and are funneling all our resources to that shop. Our wish is that you will continue to show your amazing support for our small, family, business by shopping there if you can. Follow for updates and info for that location.

Yes, we are back in Colorado and have found a hidden gem at Denver’s Zeppelin Station with Vinh Xuong Bakery. Pictured here are the chicken (left) and grilled pork banh mi, each marinaded in lemongrass with picked carrots and daikon.
