We are beyond excited to welcome Francesca Valente, 5th generation of Francesco Rinaldi & Figli in Barolo, to Colorado March 3–9 🍷

Known for some of the most age-worthy, traditionally made wines in Barolo, with long fermentations and aging in large Slavonian casks, this is a rare chance to meet a true icon of the region.

March 3 – Wine Dinner at Stella’s Cucina (7pm)
$275 per person, inclusive of all wine pairings. One seating at 7pm.

March 4 – Wine Dinner at Barolo Grill (6-9 pm)
$295 per person, all-inclusive (tax & gratuity included).

March 5 – BTG Takeover at Vin48 (5–8pm)
Featuring flights + BTG specials:
Gavi 2024, Freisa 2024, Langhe Nebbiolo 2022, Barolo 2021 & Barolo Brunate 2019.

March 6 – BTG Takeover at Casa Tua (6–9pm)

We’re excited to share that Doladira has officially landed at S*M Selections!!

Doladira is a rhubarb aperitivo from the Italian Alps, made with plum, gentian, elderflower, pine, and a touch of rosemary. It’s fresh, herbaceous, and beautifully balanced — bitter, bright, and just a little savory. The vibrant pink color comes naturally from rhubarb and black carrot, with no artificial additives.

One of our favorite features of great Italian restaurants is the Amaro Cart. Rolling up to your table after a fabulous meal to offer one last temptation to cap the night, a bevy of unique herbal concoctions to settle the stomach and reinvigorate an inquisitive palate. And now we find ourselves living the dream of having our own version of the Amaro Cart, with over a dozen examples of digestivi from all over Italy! Rumbling through the dining room of Colorado.
