Charlotte's Coffees & Teas

Charlotte's Coffees and Teas opened March of 2009. We serve a large and growing variety of food and drinks and provide comfortable seating and free WIFI so anyone can pull out a computer, open a good book, or hang out with friends for as long as they'd like.

Charlottes' owners, Aaron and Jennifer Wattler, are Louisiana natives. Charlottes' logo, a silhouette of an old oak tree, was chosen for its representation of life and establishment. Most of our food, treats, and drinks are made in store from scratch. Our coffee is roasted locally and is some of the freshest coffee available.

The Cold Brew System: The cold brewing method of making coffee requires freshly ground coffee beans to be soaked in cold water for 12-24 hours. The resulting coffee is a concentrate that we keep cold, to which we add hot water. This produces a less acidic, smoother coffee, allowing you to fully taste its natural flavors and ultimately use less sweeteners and cream. We hope you enjoy or method of coffee brewing; however, if you prefer the other methods, simply ask and we will gladly brew a cup for you using the traditional drip or the french press.
