Hi friends. It has been a while since I posted and I apologize for that. I have been baking a lot and orders are picking up. 🙂

This is my latest creation. It is white chocolate mirror glaze over pistachio mousse, over pistachio crunch, inside a tart shell, complimented by a mascarpone/cream center.

Happy Sunday, all!

This week’s special request was a Cassata Siciliana. If you’ve never heard of it (don’t worry, I had to Google it too!), it’s a gorgeous Italian cake layered with marzipan, cherry-liqueur-brushed sponge cake, and a creamy ricotta filling dotted with chocolate chips and candied fruit. It is topped with royal icing and decorated. Such a fun bake!

I’m so excited to officially welcome you to BuffyBakes.

For those who don’t know me, I create handcrafted macarons, cakes, cupcakes, entremets, tiramisu, and other elevated desserts, all made in small batches with premium ingredients and a whole lot of heart. Every dessert is thoughtfully designed to be as beautiful as it is delicious.

BuffyBakes has been a dream of mine, and I’m thrilled to finally share my creations with you all. I’ll be posting new flavors, menu updates, behind-the-scenes peeks, seasonal treats, and all the sweet things coming up.
