Theyโ€™ve definitely earned their permanent spot on the menu. There isnโ€™t a production line or a commercial factory behind Flour Gardenโ€”just me, a lot of early mornings, long baking days, and a genuine love for creating wholesome food.
From feeding my sourdough starter to mixing, shaping, baking, packaging, and labeling, every step is done with care using organic, simple, recognizable ingredients. I believe food should taste incredible without relying on unnecessary additives or preservatives.
