ORDER DROP! Let's make this a great weekend! I've got some Parmesan cheese I want to grate up and serve to you in some fresh bread! Let's focus on what we can do with it!

Sourdough baking facts!

It takes 45 minutes to bake a loaf of bread! ⏰️

Bread bakes to 205 degrees!

If they have inclusions, sometimes longer! 🧀 🍫

If you bake in a parchment liner, they come out lighter on the bottom, but are still baked through. 🍞

You should wait an hour after baking to cut, or they seem gummy! 🔪

Sourdough bakes at a very high heat! 500 preheat, then 475! 🌡

Your house smells amazing while baking! 😀

Next week is going to be, you guessed it, FLIGHTS! You pick four flavors from the list below. Like always, a ❤️ means you got in! I'm limited to 15, so be quick! $22.00/per flight!

With Memorial Day this weekend, flights won't be delivered until mid-late next week! If you need a full loaf, let me know, I can squeeze in a few!
