Freshly ground here at Sunrise Bakery. We use the entire wheat berry which contains the wheat germ(full of nutrients) and the ground up bran (lots of fiber). Because nothing is removed, this flour is naturally nutritious and easily digested.

Good morning! God's mercies are new every morning! Because of him we are here and will open our doors at 11:00 today. We will have at least a modest supply of rolls, breads, cookies, cakes, granola ect. Our new hours are: open Monday- Thursday 11-6, Friday 7-6, closed Saturdays and Sundays. We have been overwhelmed with customer response and touched by all your good wishes.
Regretfully, we ran out of our regular supplies, so have very few items to offer you today. A limited amount of Cinnamon Rolls will be ready by 10 and available on a first come first served basis. Limit 2 pans. We expect to sell out early, which is when we close our door.
