What happened?? No more sweet blessings cakes?😥 I referred my cousin but got a new company. And the birthday cake was bland! 🤮
Hair in the cupcake
I've been coming to this store for years and the customer service with the two young ladies was excellent. I brought my daughter a cupcake for her birthday, as we were leaving she was eating her cupcake and noticed that it had a piece of hair in it. We drove all the way back to the store to show them that it was a piece of hair baked into the cake. My daughter took it back inside and She said she heard laughing when they took it to the back... so they came back out asked her did she want another "cupcake" , she said no I would I would like a slice of cake. She was told that it was a $1.50 more to receive the slice after she just found hair in her cake. So she came back outside and asked for the $1.50 and I went inside to talk to the owner about the inconvience of me having to drive all the way back and finding this hair inside of my daughters cupcake, she tells me, "If this was Walmart, it would've been the same outcome." I am very upset about the terrible customer service from the owner. Then said she said she didn't find any hair once they took it to the back bt I have pictures to prove.
DELICIOUS and more please go get a slice. Smells and taste so good and very moist!!!

Potential customers, beware of this business!!! Don't say you weren't warned before you spent your money. Ms. Armstrong (the owner) and her daughter bakes delicious cakes and pies but their customer service is AWFUL!! I had patronized this business for 8 years until this past weekend when they screwed up my order. The owner's daughter admitted she made the mistake but that "they don't do refunds nor partial refunds." She didn't even apologize. I got the same from the owner, Ms. Armstrong. She flat out told me her ingredients cost and "all her customers know she doesn't offer refunds or discounts even if the error is on her or her staff." After that, I informed her I would never spend another dime there cause her customer service is lousy. Spend your money at your own risk!!! If your order is not right, you won't get no kind of refund or compensation.
