Peak Racing's Hotlanta Half Marathon- Relay- 5K, Benefitting Miles For Cystic Fibrosis brought people together last Sunday at the World of Coke. It was great to see all the smiles and hear about the runner's experiences. Pure Knead was still sharing the message to all individuals of how to include the allergy person or vegan at their cookout, or holiday gathering, with a hamburger bun, sandwich or breakfast toast. People's response upon sampling was still the same," this tastes like real bread". Thank you to all who sampled and fueled our passion for the folks we serve with your kind words. It means a lot to have met you all. Tony Hammett of PeakRacingEvents.com is always so good to include Pure Knead in these opportunities. Hotlanta runners, stop by the Pure Knead tent at the World of Coke area on Sunday morning, June 12th, to sample yummy bread, "Free of All the Top 8 Allergens". It will be great to see everyone again!

Churches are reaching out to ask if our communion loaves are available. This item is on hold due to order volume and ingredient supply. We have a creative option for our churches serving the allergy community. The family size loaf, sold in the Kroger's freezer section has 17 slices, that can be cut into 6-9 cubes per slice, and placed in separate baskets. Another whole bakery loaf would need to be used to break to represent the body of Christ. We wish you a meaningful Easter and hope to serve in this tradition again. Everyone is talking about inclusiveness now. This is not a new topic for us, but has always been part of Pure Knead's mission, to bring everyone to the table with the same type meal. I have envisioned the many groups we serve, and one of the first I will share that fuels my passion, are the school children. I like to know that the allergy or vegan child loves eating their sandwich at the lunch table with their friends. That's what keeps me devoted to this cause.

Great news, spread the word!!! The new Pure Knead family size sandwich bread is in Kroger. Our 17 slices are a better size and shape for your sandwiches. We also made an ingredient change to sunflower oil. This loaf offers a better value and will have store promotions. Lets bring everyone to the table; we can now serve the kosher community too. Happy Thanksgiving to all, Pure Knead is grateful to be able to serve you.

Thank you to all our amazing branches of the military. A special thank you to our Delta packaging company, Marine owned, for inviting Pure Knead to be apart of the Marine 246th birthday party last night. What an experience to see the traditions and camaraderie of the group. We also appreciate the neighborhoods displaying the flags for our veterans to show we care about the sacrifices made by the military. Call someone who's served and let them know how important they are today.

NEW FAMILY SIZED Pure Knead Gluten Free Classic Sandwich Bread will be on the shelves mid November 2021. It will be a better dollar value for the increased number of slices. We know you will like the new shape and size of this sandwich bread.

The close out tags you might see on the Kroger shelf for the loaf only, are a notification that the original size loaf will be discontinued and the FAMILY SIZE is on its way.

Please be patient and think out of the box using our hamburger buns to enjoy our bread with your meals for sandwiches and toast.

Gluten free bread is very sensitive to bake. With the varying weather temperatures and us working to create a nicer slice shape, we are now scoring the top of the bread to help the dough stay knitted together better. This should reduce the air pockets you may have noticed.
Pure Knead continues to be grateful to our ingredient suppliers, bakers, and trucking companies, who allow us to bring bread to our retailers. Thank you for your support of the allergen community. We hope you and yours are well during this time.

Hello Pure Knead customers, you may have noticed a slight change in shape of our retail loaf. We want to assure you that our loaf is the same net weight, same slice count and offers an improved taste. The browning of the crust is now done without oil, so you get the full aroma and taste of our classic bread and hamburger buns.

Southern Olive in Indian Land, SC just received a shipment of our new retail hotdog buns, hamburger buns and retail loaf. If you haven’t been, it is a wonderful place to meet a friend for lunch, buy a gift or pick up something for yourself. They are a dedicated gluten free bakery offering cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pastries, pies and cakes also serving flavored coffees and teas. It’s a place to stop in for a treat but you can spend time there exploring too!
