Ever flipped over a store-bought bread label? 👀
Chances are you’ll see a long list of ingredients you can’t pronounce… preservatives, additives, and things you’d never keep in your own kitchen.

Some of those extra ingredients are added to help bread last longer on shelves—but for some people, they can also lead to things like bloating, sluggish digestion, inflammation or just not feeling their best after eating it.

At my bakery, I keep it simple:
🍞 Flour
💧 Water
🧂 Salt
⏳ Time (and a lot of love)

That’s it.

My sandwich loaves and sourdough are made fresh with real, simple ingredients—no unnecessary extras, just bread the way it’s supposed to be.

If you’re looking to feel better about what you’re feeding your family, homemade is always the way to go 🤍
