Let me come to you and cater your wedding, birthday party, graduation party, corporate event, baby shower, or honestly… just order some cookies for your kitchen counter because homemade is always better than processed.

No event is too big or too small, I’d love to help make your day a little sweeter!

Remember… I have the consumable dough, you’ve got the green dough… we can do trades anytimee🤠💚

P.S. My “Mini’s” are your normal, regular-sized 2–3 bite cookies compared to the ¼ lb cookies I serve on the trailer. Same cookies, same dough… they just make you feel a little better whenever you eat three of them! 🤷🏼‍♀️🍪

Here’s where you can find your local cookie dealer for the next TWO MONTHS!!

I’m going to be all over the place, and I am SO excited to finally tell all my hometown friends and family that Country Cookies & Bakery will be at Hookstown Fair!! 🥹🤍

These next two months are going to be packed with fairs, festivals, laughs, late nights, and of course… some crazy cookie deals

I seriously can’t wait to see so many familiar faces, meet new ones, and keep sharing these crazy cookies with y’all.

Okay friends, here’s the deal…

I am SO incredibly blessed and grateful to have been as busy as I have these last two days. I can never thank you all enough for loving these crazy cookies and supporting this little dream of mine.

With me doing nearly everything by myself, I’ve decided to give myself next week off to prepare for the next two months of being back on the trailer full-time… and honestly, for my mental and physical health too. 🥲

With that being said, I’m running low on cookies, and I’ve decided not to bake more. I’d rather sell through what I have than risk having extras go to waste.

Here’s what’s left as of 2:00 PM (7/30):

🍪 Cookies
• 4 Chocolate Chip
• 4 Maple Bacon
• 2 Cosmic Brownie

• 12 Chocolate Chip
• 22 Peanut Butter Explosion

Whatever doesn’t sell tonight will be available tomorrow morning (7/31) starting at 9:00 AM, while supplies last.

🔥 Also! Friday and Saturday, Eliza’s Texas Smoked Meats will be here from 12 PM–8 PM, and when I tell y’all she has some of the best southern style BBQ around… I mean it. That girl knows exactly what she’s doing. Come grab some BBQ, treat yourself to a cookie, and kick off your weekend with some amazing local food.

This cookie will always hold a very special place in my heart.

In July 2022, I lost my older brother. He was the most caring, goofy, and best built in best friend I could have ever asked for. One of his favorite cookies was always a Samoas, and ever since then I’ve wanted to recreate it in his honor.

Earlier this week, I talked with my sweet friend Jasonna over at Grounded Brewings, and together we came up with a way to make that happen.

Today, my Samoas inspired cookie is available at Grounded Brewings for their Summer-Ween event. Grab a coffee, get a piercing, and leave with a cookie knowing you’re supporting a great cause while also helping me honor someone who meant the world to me.

The Samoa:
Caramel cookie over a layer of chocolate, topped with toasted shredded coconut, and finished with caramel and chocolate drizzles. It has just enough coconut to capture that classic Samoas flavor without being overpowering.

I also have a few available at the trailer if you can’t make it to Grounded Brewings today.
