I've been quite bc I was on vacation. We went up to the Keweenaw where we camped at Ft. Wilkins State Park. We toured the historic park where I found, and was enamored by the bakery building.

4 hours prior to baking, the baker would start a fire in that giant brick oven. Once the bricks were sufficiently hot, he would scrape out the embers and start loading in bread pans. With a fort of 2 companies, totaling 100 men and their families, that's a lot of bread to make, daily. I loved it!

This week, I'll be back to taking orders. If you're a Hilltop Camper, your delivery day will be Thursday morning. If you are a massage client or non- hilltopper, i need 3 days notice. You are welcome to order on the website or message me, directly.

This week:
Sourdough - plain, cinnamon raisin
Cookies - sourdough chocolate chunk w/ seasalt
Testing - GIANT Cinnamon rolls...maybe?

🔥🔥TEMPORARILY CLOSED 🔥🔥

While preheating, my oven decided to weld itself. 💥 I didn't burn anything. My kitchen is still good... but I can't take any orders until I get the parts needed to fix it.

Good news is: my new pans fit perfectly inside of the Pampered Chef air fryer. So, one at a time, I'll get these bread loaves done. 😆🙏
