There’s something so special about being trusted with a wedding cake! 🤍

This two tier cake was made with red velvet cake, cream cheese frosting, vanilla buttercream, edible lace, and finished with fresh flowers for a simple and timeless look.

Another first at Rosellie’s Bake Shoppe ✨

We were asked to create a dulce de leche cake topped with (a personal favorite) cream puffs! These delicate, flaky pastries are filled with a ricotta and fresh whipped cream blend, then dipped in a chocolate coating.

To bring it all together, the cake is finished with chocolate ganache for that extra layer of razzle dazzle! 🤗✨
