We’re changing the way we bake. 🌾

You know we don’t do preservatives. You know we don’t do mixes. But we wanted to take "clean ingredients" a step further.

Meet the Nutrimill Harvest.

Most commercial flour has been sitting on a shelf for months (or years), losing flavor and nutrients. By milling our own grain right here in Davenport, we keep the natural oils and vitamins intact.

The result? A richer, nuttier flavor and a texture you just can’t get from a bag.

We are testing our first batch of fresh-milled cookies this week! Stay tuned for the taste test. 🍪

We’ve just stocked the website with the ultimate holiday lineup. Whether you need a tray for your office party, a gift for a neighbor, or just a pan of Baklava for yourself (we won't judge), we have you covered.

On the Menu: 🍯 Baklava: Layers of flaky phyllo, nuts, and honey (sold by the pan! - Pictured here). 🐢 Homemade Turtles: Caramel, pecans, and chocolate made from scratch. 🥜 Peanut Brittle & Fudge: The classics, done right. 🍪 Gingerbread & Snowballs: Soft, festive, and perfect for Santa.

We are trading the rolling pins for Christmas lights tonight. As much as we love baking for your holiday tables, we love building traditions for our own family of 8 just as much.

The best part of running a home bakery? The "commute" from the flour-covered kitchen to this cozy view is only about ten steps. 🚶‍♂️💨

After a long day of baking, there is nothing better than turning off the ovens and settling into the living room to soak up the slow moments before the December rush truly begins.

The ovens are finally OFF! 🛑👩‍🍳

The flour storm has settled, the kitchen is cleaned, and we are officially ready for pickup day!

It was a massive baking marathon today. We baked batches of holiday cookies, crimped all the pies, cooked up fresh caramel corn, and even tested out a new Sugar-Free Pie recipe by special request! (We love trying new things for you guys!)

Everything you see here is made from scratch, packed up, and ready to head to your holiday tables.

📍 PICKUP REMINDER: If you have a pickup scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday), please double-check your pickup time and location details. We’ll be ready for you!

Time for this baker to put her feet up for a minute. 😴 See you all tomorrow!
