These Gluten Free, strawberry + white chocolate scones turned out just scrumptious!! These will be available at the Boyle County Farmers' Market tomorrow :D

Note: These are Gluten Free and Egg Free. There is soy lecithin in the white chocolate so not soy free, apologies to those with celiac disease. I'm only human and I will find a soy free chocolate next time.

Husbands deserve treats too! He made his very own Vanilla Mega Mug Cake! Unfortunately he then realized that he was out of his dairy free ice cream but he said it was still super delicious!

He made it in one of out large 15oz mugs. The cake comes up a little over halfway with plenty of room for your choice of topping!

I forgot to mention that the unbound chocolate is still edible but it has a crumbly texture that some folks don't like.
