This morning, Sonjer B’s was one of three amazing small businesses featured on Everyday Northwest on Portland’s CW. Their host, Ally Osborne made the moment feel more like catching up with a friend. The team behind the camera also took great care of us from the moment we stepped out of the elevator.

A special shout out to my friend and co-owner of Pacific Northwest Artisan Boards, Jessica Mycek, for her visual expertise. She pulled out all the stops to make the brownies truly the star of the moment.

My apologies to everyone attending Wilsonville Farmers Market tonight for the final concert in the park. Due to illness, Sonjer B’s will not be there today. We will return next week for our final WFM of the season. Thank you to everyone who has supported us at both the Villabois, and Town center Park locations.

Tomorrow night in Wilsonville - Jennifer Batten spent 10 years playing alongside Michael Jackson. Tomorrow, she'll be headlining the 3rd of the Rotary Club of Wilsonville's Summer Concert Series. The Wilsonville Farmers Market will be in full swing as well. From fresh fruit, hot food and your favorite brownies! See you Thursday from 4-8 pm.

Happy Friday everyone! What a beautiful day after a week of smoke and haze in the Willamette Valley. I have a couple of fun things to share with you all.

1) Saturday, I will be at Lake Oswego Farmers' Market in my regular location. I will have 7 flavors for you to enjoy, including the elusive Insomniac Espresso. For those who are GF, I made a special Hannah B's Caramel Mascarpone Cheese. Last night, I was told by one woman it was the best brownie she's ever had. Who am I to argue with her? 🙂

2) Sunday, I will not be at the Tigard Farmers Market. Instead, I'm going to enjoy reflecting on 18 years with my wife, Michelle. I will be back in 2 weeks. Thankfully, there are other amazing vendors for you to check out.

3) Coming up in November, Sonjer B's has been invited to participate at the Chehalem Valley Food & Wine Showcase! Special thanks to Mark Edwards for the invitation! I'm honored, and a bit speechless. For those who know me, this is a rare event. The last time I was speechless was 18 years ago Sunday. See above for the why.

4) And I'm ready for my closeup Mr Deville! Sonjer B's will be interviewed live on Portland CW's Everyday Northwest with Ally Osborne, on Friday August 7th. I hope you will get a chance to tune in!

Finally, summer is meant for ice cream. But it's also meant for brownies. So why not combine the two? Ice cream is the perfect accent in a Sonjer B's brownie sundae. Come down to Lake Oswego Farmers' Market, and pick up enough to share. Then stop by your local grocery store for your favorite flavor and viola! Instant family classic dessert.
