WE HAVE SOURDOUGH AGAIN!!! 🙌🍞❤️
After last week’s little sourdough rollercoaster, I cannot tell you how happy I am to say that Greta is happy, the dough is happy, and sourdough is officially BACK on the table this week! 🥹🙌
And can we talk about these Apple Crisp Cinnamon Rolls?! 🍎🤤 Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls loaded with gooey cinnamon apples and topped with that buttery crisp topping… I think these might be a WIN.
This week we’ll have Funfetti, Everything Cheddar & Plain Sourdough, plus our Sourdough Flights with all three flavors! 🌈🧀🍞
And because bread clearly isn’t enough 😂, we’ll also have Apple Crisp Cinnamon Rolls, Mini Chocolate Cupcake 4-packs, and Butterscotch + White Chocolate + Heath Cookies! 🍪🧁
I am SO excited to have a full table again this week. Thank you all so much for the patience, encouragement, and support through the good baking weeks and the humbling ones. ❤️

This one was made for a very sweet little birthday boy! 💙💚
Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, blue and mint chocolate drip, and a few favorite cookies to finish it off. 🍪💙
Every cake is another chance to learn something new, and I'm so grateful for everyone who trusts me to be part of their special moments. I had so much fun creating this one!

💛 A little market update from Hearth and Hook 💛

Sometimes baking keeps us humble.

Unfortunately, this week's sourdough didn't proof the way it should have, and I wasn't happy with the quality. Rather than putting something on my table that I wouldn't be proud to serve my own family, I made the difficult decision to start over.

I'm heading home from work and will be spending the afternoon doing everything I can to get some fresh bread on the table before market. I can't promise a full selection of loaves, but I'm not giving up without a fight!

The good news is we'll still have plenty of delicious treats waiting for you, including:

Okay...I may have created something dangerous. 😍
Today I stepped out of my comfort zone and experimented with a new cinnamon roll flavor:
🤎 Chocolate Turtle Cinnamon Rolls!
✨ Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls ✨ Toasted pecans ✨ Rich caramel ✨ Thick chocolate glaze ✨ Finished with crunchy pecans and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt
This was my very first test batch, and now I need your help...
