Zoe Bakery & Cafe Artisan Baked Goods Claudia, originally from Cordoba, Argentina, has had a passion for baking since she was young.

Founders Claudia and Maurice Lopez decided to start Zoe Bakery & Café after they realized that they could use their passions for baking, community, and vision to impact lives by starting their own business. Playing with the diversity of flavors is what most attracted her to the pastry world. Maurice, who is originally from New York and of Argentinean/Brazilian descent, has had a passion for busine

ss since he was a young boy and has had a desire to be able to use his business skills to impact the community. They realized that their combined abilities, talents, and passions were meant to be used for a greater good and it was more than just coincidence, but destiny! Our heart is bigger than a bakery/coffee shop, our desire is to have an impact in the community through our business and support those that want to make a positive difference in our world. Being able to provide a taste of heaven in every product we sell is our ambition!
