Day 4 of our 12 Day Cookie Countdown until the 11th Annual Food Truck Championship of Texas on June 6th in Graham, TX! Featured cookie of the day is our Funfetti Golden Oreo Cookie. It's a thick, cake-batter-flavored cookie filled with crushed Golden Oreos, melty white chocolate chips, and a generous helping of red, white and blue sprinkles (it's the Food Truck Championship of TEXAS after all!). To top it off, we add half of a Golden Oreo plus more sprinkles. It's a party in a cookie!

So true! I spent 10 hours yesterday decorating 50 cookies. That was just making/coloring the icing and decorating the cookies...does not include making the dough, baking, packaging, etc. Comes out to 12 minutes per cookie in decorating time. So if you've ever wondered why we charge $4 per cookie instead of $4 per dozen, maybe that helps to explain. 😋
