Persian Taste is a small business founded Mojgan Zarsaz, a pastry arts instructure and certified food safety manager. Before adding any pastry item to the menu, Mojgan experiments with them thoroughly with different ingredient ratios, different mixing speeds, different oven time and temperature, and anything else that can improve the texture and flavor.

To dissolve powdered gelatin, stir it into cold water/liquid to avoid lumping. Let it stand for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid. Then heat it until it is dissolved, or combine it with a hot liquid and stir until dissolved.
