Bake days are getting bigger and more consistent. I recently made some changes to my starter management routine, and the results seem to be paying off. These loaves, in my opinion, are perfectly fermented and are some of the most beautiful I have made to date. You can see a whole wheat and traditional crumb below. Look at that airy, yet chewy goodness. 😍

I have said it a number of times already, but I am saying it again: a freshly baked loaf of bread for breakfast is one of the greatest joys in life.

Another day, another loaf (or two). Getting ready for a road trip tomorrow so baked a couple to take on our journey. They both turned out beautifully so I had to share.
