It’s been awhile since I’ve posted. It’s been a rough couple of months.

Here is my first post of the year.

Black and white cake without and with strawberries including black chocolate ganache.
Cake flavor is vanilla, filling is raspberry jam and buttercream is lemon.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake
This cake has a disc of edible cookie dough in the middle of two chocolate chip cakes. Frosted with buttercream and decorated with mini chocolate chips, chocolate ganache and balls of edible cookie dough. A cookie lovers dream!!!

Had a great time celebrating my cousin and his new bride at their wedding. I provided the cupcakes and cake.
Cupcakes were cherry cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. The cake was lemon blueberry with blueberry flavored buttercream and an edible image of them.
