September has started, and with it comes that feeling of welcoming fall and craving the flavors we’ve missed. 🍂🍁
Because I love pear frangipane tart so much, I decided to put all those beautiful flavors into a cake—and why not? 🤎
A soft, tender cake filled with pears and topped with a delicious frangipane and toasted almonds, with a secret hidden aroma that once again takes me back home. It turned out so delicious that, honestly, I think I prefer it to the tart! 🍐✨

I had to make it before saying goodbye to summer, bringing together some of my favorite flavors: Spanish olive oil, Lebanese fig jam, toasted almonds, and just a hint of fennel spice. 🌿

Last week, for a special event with 30 guests, I had the pleasure of creating this beautiful Raspberry Dark Chocolate Sheet Cake—rich, indulgent, and bursting with flavor. Topped with decadent chocolates and freeze-dried raspberries, it was a true crowd-pleaser.
