YEP--- today is the day. Today marks
47 years of marriage for me and my
Janiebelle. DANG that's a lot of years, and the love and adventures continue.
Tuff times make strong bonds. Good times make us appreciate what God can do. God and a devoted spouse--
that makes it all worthwhile.

ATTENTION
Family, friends, acquaintances, and people I've never met.
This coming Tuesday the 30th is my
75th birthday. (3/4 of a century --- whodathoughtit)
To celebrate I am going to cover admissions to the Select Theater and lake country playhouse 114 Johnson st
Mineola Tx for the 1st 50 people to come to the 7:00pm showing of James Cagney in the classic film
"Yankee Doodle Dandy" .
Trivia and drawings so I hope to see a bunch o y'all Tuesday evening.

East Texas Celtic fest yesterday ----we had a good crowd and the people were enjoying themselves. The ones that I talked to were enjoying the shows the food vendors were busy
(There's Cajun food across from me
We ate catfish and jambalaya YUM)
Vendors were happy. The highland games were fun. I got to see some of it but couldn't be away from my booth long.
Was it hot --yes---its June in Texas.
There is lots of shade. I'm almost 75 and made the day still smiling.
