As a small business, we pour our hearts into every service we provide, always striving to maintain professionalism and trust with our clients. It’s disheartening when that trust is not reciprocated.

Despite our repeated efforts to resolve a payment issue, a client has not fulfilled their financial obligation as promised to us. What’s even more painful is that while they acknowledge the debt, they have demanded that we issue a public and written apology for addressing this matter on social media before they will pay what is rightfully owed.

We cannot apologize for simply wanting to be paid for our hard work and using our platform to bring awareness to other small businesses in our industry.

To our fellow small business owners—please protect yourselves. Always have clear invoices, document everything, and take photos and videos of your work. We hope no one else has to go through the frustration and heartbreak of fighting to be compensated for the hard work they’ve already done.
