What many people don’t know is that In Good Taste was born from one simple desire: to create the perfect cake for my son’s first birthday. I had no idea that one cake would grow into something that has blessed so many others.

Through the years, he’s been my biggest believer. There isn’t a single thing he thinks I can’t create and that kind of confidence from your child is a gift. Every “Mom, can you make…” has challenged me, stretched my creativity, and reminded me why I started.

Looking back at these cakes isn’t just a walk through my work. It’s a walk through his childhood, one birthday at a time.

Happy Birthday to my forever customer. Thank you for believing in me before so many others did. I love you more than words can say.
