Sourdough brioche brown butter muffins. Trying something simple. Layers of brioche dough brushed with brown butter, glazed in brown butter. But wasn't sure how to finish it. Just butter or something more.

The problem with adulting...adult me says dinner first, baker me is pouting. I have to wait to dig in. I also need to work on the size, clearly, because "No topping" is huge.
