Secret Sushi Society Love trying exotic foods? Our Executive SSS Member, KS, documents his culinary journey each week. The Secret Sushi Society (SSS) is open for new membership.

The SSS was established by elite Dallas diners who wanted to expand their palate and experience culinary creations not typically found on menus in sushi bars or Japanese restaurants. Executive Chef and Founder, Michelle Carpenter personally designs and prepares a new 7-10 course prix fixe dinner for all Secret Sushi Society members the last Wednesday of each month. Past indulgences have included s

uch specialties as abalone, blowfish (fugu), uni mousse, *live* lobster sashimi, Norwegian salmon mille feuille and Japanese poundcake topped with Gran Marnier-marinated aloe vera. Samantha Rush of Rush Patisserie has agreed to create all dessert courses for all SSS meetings. If you enjoy trying exotic foods crafted with quality ingredients and meeting new people who share in your passion, this is an opportunity that can’t be missed.
