Anthony Bourdain said "When someone cooks for you, they are telling you about themselves: Where they come from, who they are, what makes them happy." I find this to be so true!

Briskets weigh between 14-18 lbs pre cooked and will feed 12-20 people per brisket.
Our briskets are slow smoked for up to 20 hours, and plan to rest for at least 2 hours which will allow for personal delivery to you! Please allow 2 days to reserve your brisket as we take the time to make it right!

Wings? We can do that too! Smoked wings are an excellent party favor!
