visiting my mom in Michigan and brought up a battenberg cake for her belated birthday after I forgot to freeze the packs of Mr Kipling’s I brought back from London (her fav). Made a proper marzipan for the first time from a recipe. Pistachio almond sponge + apricot jam. We love!
