A simple heart meal, omega rich meal. Simple ingredients. Powerful nutrition. Simple Sardine, Chia & Avocado Bowl
Ingredients
* 1 can sardines, drained
* ½ avocado, diced
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
* Pinch of black pepper
Directions
1. Place sardines in a bowl.
2. Add diced avocado.
3. Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
4. Drizzle with lemon or lime juice.
5. Add black pepper and gently mix.
Optional: Add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, or leafy greens for extra nutrients.
