Market announcement!!

Come see me on October 26th from 2-5pm at the Allen ISD Steam Center Fall Festival. Lots of activities, plus I'll have cake slices, my famous beer pretzels, and fancy rice crispy treats! What's so fancy about them? Flavors you've never seen before in rice crispy treats: chai spice, apple cinnamon, and Mexican hot chocolate. You've gotta try them!

Next week is my first Fresh Bread Friday! Make your Mother's Day brunch or dinner extra special with soft, homemade breads. Choose from my honey brioche cinnamon rolls or my mega-popular chive dinner rolls.

Both will be available freshly baked (these both remain soft for days!) or a frozen, rise-and-bake version if you'd rather have them straight from your own oven.

Honey brioche cinnamon rolls are generously sized and cost $16 per half dozen baked or $12 per half dozen frozen

Chive dinner rolls are $16 per dozen baked or $12 per dozen frozen

Contact me to place your order by noon Wednesday, and you can pick up next Friday afternoon between 3pm and 7pm.

I promised a big announcement, and here it is: Fresh Bread Fridays! Check one thing off your weekend to-do list and grab some freshly baked bread on your way home on a Friday afternoon. You'll be ready for weekend sandwiches, breakfast, brunch, get-togethers, whatever!

It could be anything! Cinnamon rolls, banana bread, burger buns, dinner rolls, even beer pretzels! I'll begin in May, starting with twice monthly and possibly expand that if there's enough demand.

Here's how it works: I'll announce the week before which breads will be available, you contact me to order by Wednesday, and you swing by and pick up Friday between 3 and 7pm. Easy, right?

The inaugural Fresh Bread Friday will be May 10, Mother's Day weekend! Stay tuned to see what I'll have available to make your Mother's Day brunch a little easier!

I know it's been quite some time since I've posted. But I'm still baking! In fact, I've been busy testing and creating recipes and making a few changes business-wise. Here's what to know:

🍰 I will not be selling at this season. But stay tuned for announcements, as I will be having occasional flash sales and selling occasionally at other markets and events.

🎂 I'm no web designer, but I now have a website! At www.theflourgardentx.com you can browse my products, contact me, see a custom cake pricing sheet, and find updates regarding sales. Don't worry, I'll keep posting here too!

Farmer's Market menu announcement! Lucas Country Christmas, this Friday Dec 1 from 6-9pm

Y'all. I'm so excited to share with you one of my favorite things to make for my family holiday gatherings. The softest, most delicious homemade rolls straight from your own oven, but I've done most of the work for you! Just thaw and bake!

My menu is a little different for this extra special market. Here's what I'll have:

🥨 Soft Bavarian-style beer pretzels

🍯 Honey butter thaw and bake rolls (by the dozen)

🍞 Chive thaw and bake rolls (dozen)

🧈 Maple butter

🧈 Honey butter

🧈 Herb butter

And let's not forget the cake slices!

🍰 Chocolate peppermint cake

🍰 Apple pie cake

🍰 Boozy bourbon eggnog cake

Lots of other activities to enjoy at the city Christmas celebration: Santa, ice skating, tree lighting, a movie, orchestra performance, and more! Parking is located at Hart Elementary School and Willow Springs Middle School with shuttles running to and from the park. See you there!
