Sourdough for tomorrow:
-classic
-hippy (seeded wheat sourdough)
-classic wheat (rouge de Bordeaux & yecora rojo)
-cranberry pecan with pawpaw’s pecans
-double cheddar jalapeño
-focaccia with various fresh toppings!

Pastries:
-cheddar scallion scones
-blueberry streusel muffins
-banana nut muffins (with pawpaw’s pecans)
-brown butter chocolate chip cookies
-pantry cookies: this week made with toasted pistachio, oat, half dried apricots, and a pomegranate maple syrup

Milk bread:
-donuts!!
-cinnamon rolls (if you haven’t tried one yet, you absolutely should 💚 they’re what started it all!)
-white nectarine jammy rolls
-prosciutto pockets!
-scallion Togarashi hot chili rolls

Other breads:
-potato bread with roasted organic potatoes
-classic brioche

The list is long, so something might not make it! But I’m hopeful 😊

We’re so excited for this weekend!!!

Saturday at Hillcrest Farmer’s Market:
We’ll have the full spread of sourdough!
-classic
-roasted garlic
-hippy (seeded sourdough)
-sun dried tomato, roasted red pepper & garden herbs
-focaccia!

Other wonderful breads will be there as well!

We will have donuts! I know I know, I’ve been teasing them lately, but I mean it 💚🍩

Sweet Betty, our beloved Datsun, is feeling under the weather today. When we went out this morning to start loading the car for market, we noticed a gas leak.

Rest assured that we’re on it, and we’ll be up and running hopefully by the end of the day.

I’m so sorry friends, but we won’t be able to make it to this morning.

I’m putting it all out there-
Life has been weird for us lately, and we know we’ve been inconsistent with our schedule and what we bring to market. We sincerely apologize for not showing up when we said we’d be there. Knowing that you’ve come out for us and we were absent hurts, and we never want to waste your time.

Moving forward, I would like to announce that we are committed to going to Hillcrest Farmers Market every Saturday from 7am-11am. We’ll let you know when we won’t be there, and we’ll post Wednesday where we’ll be for the weekend! We do plan on popping up The Bernice Garden as well, and we’ll post in advance when we’ll be there!

Thank you to all for the kind words, encouragement & understanding. We are so grateful for the support from our community, our family, The front porch market & Mother Vine Market

I wanted to wait until late to post where we’ll be this weekend, because as you might have seen we’ve been a little inconsistent due to health.

Anywho, we’ll be at Hillcrest Farmer’s Market from 7am-11am tomorrow morning. Please come snag all your Memorial Day goods, the farmers and other bakers have been working hard to bring the freshest quality goods to you! It’s the season for a plethora of tasty local veggies! Before we know it we’ll all be eating tomato sandwiches 💚

Hey hey bread friends!

We’re popping up at tomorrow morning from 9am-sell out!

We’ll have a selection of breads: sourdoughs, focaccia, pain de mie, and milk bread!

We plan on bringing milk bread donuts, cinnamon rolls, prosciutto squares, and the scallion hot chili will be making an appearance!

Pies/galettes are on the menu! And cookies!

Pictured: Pain de mie, a classic French sandwich loaf (just really great white bread!), and a bonus picture of me with the cake that Danny had in his phone. Still dreaming of that fun day at the farm! Y’all be sure to snag one of their gorgeous bouquets!

Ps. I’m moving slow, but I’m so happy to be back in the mix. Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow morning!

In the meantime, & are stocked with treats to delight you this Saturday. Go nuzzle a pig, it’ll be the highlight of your week!
