Well there you have it folks. I still got it. If you know my daughter at all, you know this is a stellar review! 😆 She is a tough critic.
On that note, I’ll have 4 plain loaves available tomorrow $10/each. Comment or message me if you want one!
P.S. I’m going to hold off on taking orders for right now. I’m going to ease back into baking by making one kind of bread at a time. This is help me be more efficient with my time. Thanks for understanding!

Where have you been?! Are you still baking? Do you have any bread available?

Questions I’ve been asked multiple times.

I’ve been busy!! Summer sports, activities, birthdays, baby showers, concerts, traveling, enjoying a new job!!

I just neglected my starter for a week or two. That turned into a month and that turned into a few months.

The good news! I fed that Kneady Bitch and she’s still alive.

I poured off some h***h, kept just a spoonful of the starter, threw the rest away (in the trash not the sink!) gave her a 1:4:4 feeding and a he rose but not the way I like.

So I repeated the process, discard, fed a 1:4:4 ratio and she was back to her old self again. Nice & bubbly.

So here I am with some dough on my hands again. Don’t get me wrong - I’m still busy so not really sure how much or how often I’ll be able to bake but I’m hoping to get into a routine here soon.

Keep your eyes out 👀 I’ll post when I have some bread available for purchase.

Between all the spring sports, searching for a new (full time) job, a mini vacation, birthday parties, and just life, baking has been put on the back burner.

Things should start to slow down here for me soon and hoping I can get back to baking a weekly batch.

For now, I have a few extras baked fresh today. Comment below or send me a message if you want 1, 2, or all 3 of these 😁

P.S. if you ordered with me and I forgot to bake for you… please forgive me! It feels like I have not had time to even figure out what’s for dinner in weeks 🫠 just shoot me a message and I’ll get you on my calendar. Here’s my vow to be better organized going forward!!

If you’ve ever wondered “how do I even eat focaccia?” — the answer is: however you want 😆

✨ Slice and dip it in olive oil + balsamic
✨ Slice it horizontally and use it for the BEST sandwich bread—think turkey clubs, Italian sandwiches, or even breakfast sandwiches
✨ Pair it with pasta, soup, or salad
✨ Toast it with butter for breakfast
✨ Make mini pizzas or paninis
✨ Honestly… just eat it warm straight from the counter 😍

If these big loaves have ever stopped you from buying—this is your sign.

Just slice it up and freeze it if you’re not going to eat it within 3–5 days. Then you can grab a piece anytime, toast it, and it’s still SO good 🤍

No pressure to eat it all at once, no waste—just really good bread when you want it.

Honestly one of my favorite ways to keep sourdough on hand.
