Hand Update ❤️

I wanted to give everyone an update on my hand!

The good news is that there isn’t a fracture in my scaphoid, so surgery is officially off the table! 🎉 There is, however, a fracture in my wrist, so I’ll be wearing a brace for another three weeks.

After that, I’ll start occupational therapy because my wrist has become pretty locked up from the injury. It’s going to take some time and patience, but I’m grateful to be moving in the right direction.

Thank you all so much for your patience, support, and all the messages checking in on me. It truly means more than you know. ❤️

The plan is to be back to baking by Halloween, and I couldn’t be more excited! I already have so many fun, spooky treats and festive fall goodies planned, and I can’t wait to share them with all of you. 🎃👻🍂

Thank you for sticking with me through this recovery. I can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and see you all again!

Unfortunately, I will need to put baking on pause for the next two weeks due to a hand injury. There is a possibility that I have a fractured hand, and I should have more answers after my follow-up appointment in two weeks.

This is certainly not the update I was hoping to share, but I want to make sure I give my hand the time it needs to heal properly. I will keep everyone updated regarding future bake days, porch sales, custom orders, and upcoming markets as I learn more.

Thank you all for your support, understanding, and patience during this time. I appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to getting back in the kitchen as soon as possible.
