Owner chef Kazumi Tsuji was born and raised in Japan and after she moved to Los Angeles, she found it difficult to find pastry comparable to the subtle yet robust taste, precise craftsmanship and delicate balance of those readily available in back home. So she started to make her own cakes with the essence of this stylish appearance. ebisu Roll is not too sweet, no too heavy, has a light yet still

You can pick-up from us in Culver City. Local delivery in the Los Angeles area. Prices vary according to neighborhood - Please inquire. If you want to purchase many rolls and freeze it, we recommend freezing sooner. Sooner you freeze, more fresh when you defrost.
