Happy Thursday! We will serve 12pm-7pm! We have regular menu items, pizza or Stromboli, and sweet treats! We have banana pudding cookie bars, virgin pina colada cake, strawberry crunch cake, Biscoff Chocolate brownies, regular brownies, banana pudding, Biscoff cookie butter, chocolate cheesecake cups, strawberry, and Biscoff cheesecake slices.

Good morning! Happy Tuesday Just a reminder that we are always closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I had several new customers who wanted to try us out but stopped by on the days we are closed, which is unfortunate. We are open Thursday through Monday unless posted otherwise.

Thursday through Saturday, we will have regular menu items, pizza, or Stromboli, as well as sweet treats. Sweet treats will consist of pina colada cake slices, strawberry crunch cake, banana pudding, and chocolate chip cookies, dark chocolate brownies, Biscoff chocolate brownies, no-bake cheesecake strawberry and Biscoff, no-bake chocolate cheesecake, banana pudding, and cookie butter dessert cups. I hope you all enjoyed the pineapple upside-down dessert cup.

On Sunday, we will be serving soul food: seasoned baked chicken, BBQ boneless ribs (pork), Granny's potato salad, mac and cheese, candied yams, collard greens, and beef meatballs. Today is the last day for preorders if you want to guarantee your selections. However, we will also serve those who do not preorder.

My God, today! We went through 25 pieces of dough today. The total for the weekend is 55 pizzas or Strombolis sold. Over 150 sweet treats were sold as well! That's pretty good for a food trailer. Thank you for supporting us. We saw so many smiling faces this week! When people are genuinely happy to see you, talk to you, and believe in your craft, it truly hits different within your soul! Nicholas's pizzas are truly amazing. Don't forget that preorders for June 7th's Soul Food Sunday will close on June 2. Get your orders in so you can get the choices you want. We will serve tomorrow, June 1, from 12pm-5pm. ❤️
